Work Environment

This position is fully remote and designed to offer flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. You will work from the comfort of your home while interacting with students, parents, and educational staff virtually. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans for your clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and families, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
  • Perform timely evaluations and intakes, ensuring a courteous and professional interaction with each client.
  • Coordinate behavioral health services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, employing mature judgment and advanced conflict-resolution skills.
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to mental health policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and the highest standards of care.
