We are currently seeking applicants for Life Enrichment Assistant positions. This position is also often referred to as an Activities Assistant or Activity Aide.

What do Life Enrichment Assistants do at Danbury?

  • Our Life Enrichment Assistants help the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities. These activities are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Some examples are: exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, brain games, church services, and much more!

What experience or skills do you need to be a Life Enrichment Assistant at Danbury?

  • Experience in a senior living activities / life enrichment department is helpful, but not required.
  • It is essential that our Life Enrichment Assistants are patient, compassionate, and caring.
  • A great outlook, cheerful disposition, and love of seniors are a must.
