As a Resort Security Guard, you will be the face of safety and hospitality. You will balance proactive property protection with exceptional customer service. Your main goal is to ensure our guests, staff, and property remain secure while maintaining a positive resort atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Assistance: Interact with resort guests to provide safety support and general customer service.
  • Property Patrols: Conduct routine walkthroughs of the entire resort, including grounds and restrooms.
  • Surveillance: Watch for suspicious persons or activities entering, exiting, or loitering around the property.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor activities to protect resort assets and reduce safety risks.
  • Incident Response: Handle guest-related issues professionally and maintain order when conflicts arise.
