This position will represent Minnesota Masonic Home, performing duties in a courteous and professional manner that conveys a positive image of the organization and that fosters cooperation and support with staff, residents, visitors and external agencies.The position will respond to a wide variety of routine guest service and emergency support calls requiring various problem-solving techniques, judgement and verbal de-escalation.Also, providing support to all staff and customer's requests and having a responsibility in all Guest Services departments including maintenance, housekeeping, receptionists, and materials management.SCHEDULEEvery Other Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm - 12amQUALIFICATIONMust have Valid MN Driver's License Minnesota Masonic Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer
