Job description

Graham Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to support product management and Agile feature development activities. The Business Analyst will help map features and user stories to epics, identify and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, support prioritization and acceptance, and facilitate Sprint Planning and Demo activities.
Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the DC area for occasional meetings
Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and user requirements
  • Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other implementation-ready artifacts
  • Support Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams in mapping features and user stories to epics and refining backlog items
  • Help ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for Sprint and Program Increment (PI) execution
  • Facilitate or support Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and related Agile ceremonies
  • Validate delivered functionality against business needs, acceptance criteria, and user expectations
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, testers, and user experience staff to ensure requirements align with mission and product goals

Required Skills:
Experience:
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • 3+ years of Product Owner experience

Education:
  • BS, BA, or equivalent

Clearance:
  • Ability to meet minimum Public Trust, Tier 2 requirements

Certifications:
  • CSPO or SAFe POPM

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with the federal acquisition ecosystem
  • Experience supporting systems related to the federal acquisition lifecycle, procurement, contract management, supplier engagement, or other mission-support business processes
