The TOE presents deliverable via actionable project plans, removes roadblocks, and drives cross-functional alignment. This role is a technical contributor, coordinator and a communication hub, responsible for keeping stakeholders informed, managing project risks, and ensuring that every initiative has clear measures of success tied to GST uptime and availability.

- Negotiate included features and their priority for GST-related tools, systems, and process improvements
- Apply project management best practices to improve team efficiency across preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management (EAM), and labor planning, amongst others
- Transform raw technical information into clear documentation including functional requirements, technical specifications, project status reports, and metrics reports
- Ensure each project has defined measures of success including on-track indicators, cost savings verification, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction measures
- Manage trade-offs between available resources and project priorities within GST - Run effective meetings and deliver the right information to the right audience at the right time
- Clearly articulate scope, timeline, owners, risks, and mitigation steps to leadership up to 3 tiers above level
- Support change management programs through technical writing and documentation
- Supports training GST upon the deployment of new tools and processes
