What are some common challenges GSM technicians face when troubleshooting network issues in the field?

GSM Technicians often encounter challenges such as intermittent signal loss, hardware faults, or interference from environmental factors while troubleshooting network issues onsite. Identifying whether a problem is due to equipment malfunction, software configuration, or external sources requires strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with testing tools. Additionally, technicians may need to work in varying weather conditions and coordinate with network engineers or support teams to resolve complex problems efficiently. Adaptability and effective communication are key to overcoming these challenges and ensuring reliable network performance.
