Global Account Director – GSI Partnerships

Job Overview

Uniphore is seeking an accomplished Global Account Director to drive revenue growth through relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. The role owns an individual quota, manages deals end‑to‑end, and drives multi‑million‑dollar joint pursuits with GSI partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships.
  • Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline.
  • Drive partner‑sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close.
  • Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value‑based business cases for executives.
  • Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win‑win outcomes.
  • Build and sustain trusted senior‑level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution with designated GSIs.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver co‑branded campaigns and joint events.
  • Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI‑driven deployments.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within Salesforce.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
  • Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships and co‑sell motions.
  • Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex solution selling.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Hiring Range (New York City, NY)

$260,900 – $340,000 OTE (60% base salary / 40% variable compensation).
