Job description

Responsible for data management activities.
Implement high-level prioritization of requests and communicate schedules to stakeholders, including customers.
Create and maintain program data library asset databases.
Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and program documents.
Coordinate with document authors and project managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are met for on-time, quality delivery.
Support program Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) requirements.
Assist in planning, implementing, and administering program data management systems, databases, and configuration management tools to support program CM and DM requirements.
Assist in preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
Support generation and submission of periodic reports to the customer, working with program logistics and SEIT CM/DM.
Track licensing and support agreements.
Initiate procurement of follow-on licensing/support as previous agreements expire.
Serve as IPT focal point for procurement, working with program logistics and GSC.
Manage internal IPT inventories and update quarterly when inventory is completed.
Update system and site VDDs as baselines change (at least quarterly), in collaboration with program logistics, OU property, and SEIT CM/DM for release.
