  • Coordinate launch readiness for key milestones, trial builds, ramp-up events, and production readiness reviews.
  • Complete, audit, and report out the GSC Plant Readiness Checklist for major build phases, including PPAP, Validation Builds, and SORP.
  • Serve as the liaison across planners, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and plant leadership for launch-related activities.
  • Lead follow-up from launch meetings, readiness reviews, layout reviews, and shortage discussions, including action tracking and status updates.
  • Support material flow planning, including storage strategy, packaging, dock strategy, line fill, strategic bank planning, and inventory readiness.
  • Maintain core system and part data, including MGO reconciliation, PFEP updates, new-part container setup, and tracking of engineering-changed parts.
  • Coordinate supplier and schedule readiness, including supplier bulletins, release acknowledgment, source warrant support, pilot tags, transit timing, and part availability.
  • Identify and escalate risks tied to shortages, storage constraints, capacity limits, obsolete material, scrap, supplier constraints, and other launch showstoppers.
  • Partner with suppliers, LMS, logistics, and internal teams to help ensure material is ordered, routed, received, and available to support launch execution.
  • Maintain launch tracking tools, material readiness documentation, and clear reporting on open issues, risks, and recovery actions.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, launch, materials, logistics, or cross-functional program coordination.
  • Strong project management, organization, follow-up, and timing control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and escalate risks appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of material flow, inventory accuracy, storage strategy, and operational readiness in a manufacturing or launch environment.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
