Urgent Hiring: FedEx Business Contact (BC) - Pottsville/Auburn, PA

Starting Salary: From $62,400 per year

Ground Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily FedEx delivery operations. This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving performance, safety, and team culture.

As a FedEx Business Contact (BC), you will play a direct role in the success of the operation each day. You'll be present in the terminal, leading drivers, managing dispatch, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a strong partnership with FedEx leadership.

This role requires consistency, flexibility, and availability. Operational needs may require early mornings, extended days, or weekend involvement. In return, you gain schedule flexibility when operations allow and the opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company.

What You'll Lead
  • Driver development and team accountability
  • Daily dispatch, route planning, and execution
  • Safety training, ride-alongs, and DOT compliance
  • Strong communication and partnership with FedEx terminal management
  • Vehicle maintenance coordination and operational readiness
  • You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and keep the operation running at a high level.
