Job description

Please note: This role is contingent upon contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award.

Our Digital Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public andprivate-sectorclients. TheProgramManager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract, ensuring delivery of programobjectives, compliance with federal requirements, and alignment with agency mission goals. This roleis responsible formanaging scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and performance while serving as the primary point of contact between the government client and the contractor's leadership team.

Job Location-Must be able to go on-site 5 days a week to the client's office in Washington, DC. Hybrid work flexibility may be available after the first90 days.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead program planning, execution, and deliveryin accordance withgovernment contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.

  • Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Develop andmaintainproject roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensuretimelydelivery of contract deliverables.

  • Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.

  • Identifyand mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that mayimpactprogram success.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leaders, and contract staff.

  • Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.

What You Will BringWithYou:

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Must be able to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.

  • MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply.

  • Bachelor's degreein relevant fields (eg.Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).

  • 7+ years ofProject management experience supporting a Federal Agency

What We Would Like YouToBringWithYou:

  • Active GSA government clearance

  • Experience supporting large GSA IT Contracts is highly preferred

  • MastersDegree preferred in relevant fields (eg.Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)

  • Experience supporting federal procurement activities

  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into digital modernization programs, including assessing feasibility, risks, governance implications, and resource needs.

  • Ability to translate government mission needs into AI-enabled solutions, working with technical teams to define scope, requirements, and success criteria.

  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
