Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to play a critical role in executing growth initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), this position sits at the intersection of growth strategy and sales enablement—helping drive pipeline development, coordinate key external partnerships, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market activities.


This role is ideal for a fast-paced, highly organized, execution-oriented individual who is eager to support the organization’s growth by driving key initiatives forward and enabling the success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

  • Assist with outreach initiatives and follow-up activities to support pipeline growth and partner engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and strategic insights.
  • Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other business development events designed to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Execute targeted lead generation initiatives in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, including email campaigns, outbound prospecting efforts, and business development outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up, routing opportunities appropriately to the sales team.

Sales Support and Enablement

  • Assist in preparing materials, follow-ups, and action items for critical sales meetings and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CGO and sales leadership to develop and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
  • Help streamline workflows and communication between sales, growth, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications related to broker meetings, client engagements, and territory-specific initiatives.

Coordination and Operations

  • Assist the chief growth officer in managing daily priorities and ensuring alignment across strategic growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for high-priority meetings involving executives, partners, clients, and broker organizations.
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of growth processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of key initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in external customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
