About the Role
The Strategic Growth Associate (Community Marketing Coordinator)is responsible for promoting the company's title and escrow services to real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other industry partners. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong business relationships, increasing market share, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and driven to achieve measurable growth through strategic outreach, relationship management, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other referral partners.
  • Represent the company at networking events, office presentations, and industry functions.
  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships.
  • Conduct regular office visits and follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the internal title and escrow teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track and report marketing activities, leads, and results through CRM tools or designated systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate processes.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and social media efforts with the marketing department.
  • Participate in community events and sponsorships to enhance company visibility and brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine company services and strategies.
  • Create ways to keep clients engaged and our company top of mind.
  • Maintain all social media presence for the company

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
