We are searching for a talented Receptionist-Patient Information 

Hours: Per Diem  

Shift: Flexible shifts & hours with every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed    

Location: Tobey Hospital - Wareham, MA

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Manager, Volunteer Services, perform diversified duties in the support of the patient information desk at Tobey Hospital by providing information and customer service to visitors, staff, patients, vendors, etc of the hospital information desk.Qualifications
  • Equal to completion of four years of high school required.
  • Basic computers skills in using Groupwise and cash register.
  • Over three months experience required.
  • Visitation Management - Greeting patients and visitors, creating badges, must adhere to dress code, stay calm when responding to codes.

  • Work with various departments to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

  • Heavy phones, team work oriented, computer skills, kronos, outlook and epic.

  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
