We are seeking a Sales Manager who is experienced, honest, and a motivated team player. A Sales manager oversees all aspects of vehicle sales operations, achieving sales targets, and maximizing profitability. Leading the sales team to cultivate long-term customer relationships through every interaction.

PAY:
  • $9,000 - $15,000 per month based on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage sales staff and provide training to improve sales programs' development and control.
  • Set annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits.
  • Monitor salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Display, merchandise, and promote new and used vehicles.
  • Review market analyses and sales reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Attend required managers meetings.
  • Assist in developing improvement programs for salespeople facing challenges in meeting their objectives.
  • Read and comprehend job-related instructions and information, whether electronic or paper based.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training in auto sales, or
  • 1 to 2 years of college education with one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred qualification of an associate or bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a two-year or four-year College or University, with one to two years related experience.
