In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from strategy through delivery, aligning engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to measurable outcomes.

  • Establish program vision, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery mechanisms across multiple services or technical domains.

  • Drive execution through structured planning, risk management, issue resolution, and transparent communication, enabling teams to deliver reliable solutions at scale.

  • Partner with technical leaders to evaluate system dependencies, architecture considerations, data flows, and integration requirements that affect program outcomes.

  • Use metrics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify constraints, improve delivery performance, and support data-driven decisions.

  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, while applying familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and AI/ML concepts to real-world products.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, business, or equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Significant experience managing complex technical programs involving multiple teams, services, or technical domains from planning through delivery.

  • Demonstrated ownership of program scope, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, governance, and executive-level communication.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to engage effectively in discussions involving system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, reliability, security, and operational readiness.

  • Experience using program metrics, delivery mechanisms, and structured problem-solving practices to improve execution and achieve measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML product development lifecycles, including coordinating experimentation, responsible deployment, monitoring, and adoption across technical teams.

  • Experience managing technical programs involving external partners or vendors, particularly in B2B, API-driven, or regulated industry ecosystems.

  • Track record of communicating program status, risks, and trade-offs to senior/executive leadership, and driving alignment across VP+ stakeholders.

  • Experience mentoring or providing technical program guidance to other TPMs, Sr. Developers, or program managers.

  • Experience leading incident response or postmortem processes for large-scale technical systems.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $295,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
