The role

As a Product Manager at Vale, you will own product areas that span our consumer-facing digital experience, machine platform, or internal tooling, driving discovery, delivery, and measurable impact.

  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap grounded in customer insights and business goals
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to take features from discovery through delivery
  • Write clear, prioritized product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Own product metrics and use data to continuously improve the product experience
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales on go-to-market planning
  • Communicate product plans and progress clearly across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 4+ years of product management experience in a consumer or B2B software environment
  • Track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and business stakeholders
  • Experience with hardware-software products or IoT a plus
