Group 1 College Park Hyundai, is a part of Group 1 Automotive, a fast-growing leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add qualified Automotive Document Processor to our team!


  • Load the deal into the virtual queue and initiate the Zoom call for the Virtual Finance Manager (VFM).
  • Transition the customer to the Virtual Finance Manager and clearly set expectations for the Virtual Finance Interface (VFI) process
  • Support positive influence regarding the products offered by the Virtual Finance Manager
  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealership paperwork related to the transaction, and submit it to the Accounting Department in a timely manner
  • Resolve documentation issues with the Accounting Department, including correcting paperwork errors and addressing held offerings
  • Process and monitor the funding of finance contracts within established time frames
  • Secure and finalize all transactions in a legal, ethical, and efficient manner while maintaining high productivity
  • Work effectively in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Maintain proficiency with commonly used computer programs and systems that integrate with dealership operations and financial institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the accounting team, Sales team, and management
  • Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Values in all interactions with coworkers and vendors

  • Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or F&I departments within a dealership required
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Highly selfmotivated with exceptional customerfacing abilities
  • Positive attitude with a highenergy, professional demeanor
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Darwin and CDK systems is a plus

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $18 - $22 an hour based on experience. In addition to the hourly range, this role is commission eligible.
