  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models 
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers  
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.  
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business 
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers 
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards 

 
  • Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong motivation to succeed in a commissiondriven, performancebased environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a highenergy, customerfocused approach
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
  • Selfmotivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening
