As a Service Porter, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by helping keep our service department running efficiently. You'll work alongside Service Advisors, Technicians, and management while gaining valuable dealership experience that can lead to future advancement opportunities.

  • Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Transport customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service department and dealership property.
  • Stage vehicles for technician repairs and customer pickup.
  • Keep the service drive, parking lots, and customer areas clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform light vehicle preparation, including checking and replenishing fluids as needed.
  • Wash or assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery when required.
  • Assist with customer shuttle transportation as needed.
  • Help maintain inventory organization and vehicle flow.
  • Support the Service Department with various daily operational tasks.
  • Follow all safety policies and dealership procedures.
  • Immediately report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate Group 1 Automotive's core values in every interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
