Salary range for this position is between $48,000-$72,000 annually.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Professional, you'll create an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the Honda vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle. From the initial greeting through delivery, you'll build lasting relationships while guiding customers through a transparent and enjoyable buying process.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide an outstanding dealership experience
  • Learn customers' needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned Honda vehicles through walkarounds and test drives
  • Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, financing, warranties, and protection products
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
  • Stay current on Honda products, incentives, and market trends
  • Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to ensure a seamless purchase experience
  • Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus
  • Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Goal-oriented and competitive while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
