Required Experience

  • Three to five years of logistics, freight coordination, or supply-chain experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with TMS and ERP platforms
  • Experience managing LTL, FTL, ocean, and parcel freight
  • Strong carrier negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Freight invoice auditing, claims, billing disputes, and chargeback experience
  • Strong math, data-analysis, and problem-solving ability
  • Packaging optimization, cube utilization, palletization, and DIM-charge reduction experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate carrier rates and payment terms and manage recurring RFPs
  • Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
  • Track freight and support on-time delivery
  • Audit freight invoices and recover billing errors
  • Manage freight claims and customer chargebacks
  • Maintain logistics KPIs and provide shipping quotes to Sales
  • Ensure accurate freight classifications and compliance
