What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management (DRM), responsibilities and essential job functions

include, but are not limited to the following: 

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for all group housing needs, including corporate groups, weddings

and special events

Manage group room blocks from contract to arrival, ensuring accurate rooming lists, reservations,

and billing

Partner with Sales & Events team to review contracts and understand group requirements

Monitor pickup of room blocks, cut-off dates and inventory to ensure contract compliance

Process and update rooming lists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of changes

Work closely with Front Office and Revenue teams to manage room inventory and avoid

overbooking

Collaborate with Housekeeping and Operations to ensure guest expectations are met for group

arrivals and departures

Support Convention Services and Catering teams to provide seamless execution of group

programs

Track and report on group pickup, wash and overall block performance

Process group resumes when received by the Conference Services team ensuring billing, notes,

traces and VIP codes are correctly set up

Send secure pays and electronic confirmations as requested 

Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per group booking

Manage Group Passkey platform for all blocks and upsells opportunities

Address and resolve group-related issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with planners and clients to encourage repeat business

Assist in room inventory management to maximize room revenue

Conduct weekly Group Pick up meetings

Attend Pre-con Meetings as required

Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee

memorable moments for our guests

Provide high-level service to group contacts and VIP guests

Monitor and manage rate parity amongst all sites and impact on ranking on third party sites,

including Fornova

Support DRM with daily, weekly and monthly Revenue Management reporting, in addition to

ad-hoc/project-based reports for Senior Leadership 

Participate in weekly Revenue Maximization Meetings and lead in DRM's absence

Accurately generate and prepare competitive analysis and other supporting reports for Revenue

meetings, Ownership meetings and budget presentations

Maintain optimal system health including inputting restrictions and rate loading, monitoring

forecasted demand and running daily system checks

Assist with ResortPass platform management

Manage various extranets (Wholesale & OTAs):  rates, inventory, accuracy of content, and

processing of reservations

Assist with accurately generate and update Revenue Management reports

Leverage BI Hub Reports and ensure ongoing, high-level engagement

Assume ownership of reporting tools including OTA Insight, TravelClick D360/A360, IDeaS, STR

Participate and contribute in all revenue related initiatives (total hotel revenue)

Perform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadership

Communicates effectively between Reservations, Sales, Convention Services, Accounting and

Front Desk

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
