Options Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager to support our growing client base and ensure clinical excellence across our services. We are looking for multiple PRN RN Care managers across Washington DC and Maryland. In this role, you'll bring your clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion directly into clients' homes—guiding care, supporting caregivers, and ensuring seniors can remain safe and comfortable where they belong.

How You'll Make an Impact Assess & Plan
  • Complete in-home RN assessments

What You'll Bring
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland and/or Washington, DC
  • BSN or related healthcare degree — or 2+ years of home care / geriatric nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Professional, compassionate communication with clients, families, and field staff
