How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Assess & Plan

    • Complete in-home RN assessments; craft individualized Care Plans with client/family approval.
  • Coach & Supervise

    • Orient caregivers to each Care Plan, perform field competency checks, and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor & Document

    • Track vitals, condition changes, and interventions in our HIPAA-secure EMR; escalate concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate & Advocate

What You’ll Bring
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MD
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing or related human-services field – OR – 2+ years’ geriatric/home-care experience

  • CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license
