Job description

Fifth Element is looking for a Group Copy Supervisor to lead bold, strategically driven creative across multiple brands. You'll partner with art, strategy, medical, and account teams to develop impactful campaigns, mentor a team of writers, and ensure creative excellence from concept through execution. You'll also champion the thoughtful integration of AI tools to enhance ideation, content development, and creative workflows—while keeping human insight, strategy, and storytelling at the center

Responsibilities
  • Lead copy development across multiple brands and integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategically driven, award-worthy work.
  • Mentor and develop Copy Supervisors, Senior Copywriters, and junior writers.
  • Champion the use of AI to accelerate creative ideation, streamline workflows, and elevate creative output.
  • Present work to clients and senior leadership with confidence.
  • Ensure creative excellence, brand consistency, and medical accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of healthcare, cultural, digital, and AI trends to inspire innovative thinking.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency.
  • Proven experience leading teams, mentoring writers, and presenting to clients.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare communications, the MLR process, and AI tools that support creative development.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work required.

Pay Range- $135,000-$150,000
