My client is looking for a Controller to join its finance leadership team and play a critical role in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position offers the opportunity to lead key accounting functions, strengthen internal controls, and help shape the future of a growing organization.


In this role, you'll oversee the monthly and year-end close processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, support audit and compliance initiatives, and partner across the business to improve processes and enhance financial transparency.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who brings strong technical accounting expertise, a deep understanding of US GAAP, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading accounting operations, managing complex financial environments, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


What we're looking for: • bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA strongly preferred

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Leadership experience in a Controller or similar supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle Fusion, Zuora, or Adaptive

• Healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth company experience is a plus
