Job description

  • Daily grounds upkeep: Collect and properly dispose of litter and debris (cigarette butts, paper, cans, leaves, etc.) throughout the property.
  • Exterior cleaning: Sweep and maintain driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, and other public spaces as directed.
  • Landscaping support: Plant flowers, shrubs, and other materials as requested; assist with seasonal landscaping tasks.
  • Snow removal: Clear walkways, drives, and porches as needed (if applicable).
  • Equipment care: Maintain grounds equipment, including basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Inventory management: Track and maintain materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Maintenance support: Assist the maintenance team with exterior repair projects and general tasks as needed.
  • Heavy lifting & machinery: Safely move heavy objects and operate lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and other equipment.
  • Safety awareness: Report maintenance concerns, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs immediately.
  • On‐call availability: Participate in an on‐call rotation for nights and weekends as required.
