Pay Rate: $14.00

Qualifications

  • Willing to reliably fulfil the designated work schedule inclusive of overtime
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Committed to working safely at all times including a commitment to the policies and procedures of the operation
  • Positive attitude; good team player
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the roadways throughout the facility clean of debris
  • Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
  • Observe necessary safety precautions
  • Cross-train on alternate assignments and perform duties in other work areas as needed
  • Any other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or manager
  • Responsible for mowing grass on property as well as using a weed eater

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and stack objects 15 to 20 lbs.
  • Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching; may also include climbing ladders and staircases
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions – heat, cold, rain
