Is it hard to get hired as a ground service ramp agent?

Getting hired as a ground service ramp agent can vary depending on the airline or ground handling company, but generally requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical fitness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience or certifications in safety or equipment operation can improve chances, but many employers provide on-the-job training. Competition may exist, especially in busy airports, but entry-level positions are often available for those meeting basic requirements.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a ground service ramp agent?

To thrive as a Ground Service Ramp Agent, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often complemented by airport security clearance.
