Full-Time Hybrid Minimum 3 Days per week on site.

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual interested in building a long-term career in insurance and financial serviceswith the potential opportunity to become self-employed and operate their own agency in the future.
This is not a traditional entry-level insurance role.
This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up over the next 35 years while working directly alongside an experienced Desjardins Agent. During that time, you will develop the sales, leadership, operational, and client relationship skills needed to potentially pursue agency ownership opportunities within the Desjardins Agent network.
