In aviation, they guide aircraft during taxiing, oversee refueling, and communicate with pilots and ground crew to prevent delays or accidents. Ground dispatchers are vital for maintaining smooth airport or transportation hub activities by handling logistics, communication, and emergency responses. Their work helps maintain schedules and safety standards in busy environments.
