Shift Available: 2:00PM - 10:00PM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

Position Summary
As the Concierge, you'll serve as the hub of the community. Welcoming guests, supporting residents, and assisting with administrative needs. Your role is key in setting the tone for hospitality and service excellence at The Willows at Raleigh.
Concierge Key Responsibilities include:
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Answer phones promptly with proper community greeting and route calls/messages as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments
  • Provide clerical support, including typing, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
  • Escort visitors, residents, or families as needed to suites or community areas
  • Maintain accurate referral, mailing list, and customer information databases
  • Assist with the move-in process, ensuring all documentation and steps are completed accurately
  • Support special events with setup and tear down as needed
  • Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and Solera's policies and standards
  • Promote a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members
  • Collaborate with other departments and foster a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Development

Concierge Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in office equipment and software (computer, phone system, copier, etc.)
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
  • Knowledge of resident rights and confidentiality practices (training provided)
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with genuine care for seniors
  • Annual flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
