We are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) with a proficiency in multi-tasking, good verbal and written communications, and highly skilled in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD-503 security accreditation for various assessment and authorization (A&A) efforts, to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISSE and Cyber Security principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining and optimizing the accreditation process. #LI-EE1 Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking an ISSE with a minimum of 11 years' experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following: * Ability to bridge technical and security languages for those not knowledgible * Demonstrated skillset in security RMF and ICD-503 documentations such as contingency plan (CP) * Ability to gather artifacts in support of controls and risk elements for closure * Ability to take a new system through all the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) phases to Authorization to Operate (ATO) * Ability to understand and support the Continuous Monitoring A&A phase * Ability to communicate effectively with the ISSM, Security Controls Assessor, and Security Auditors * Ability to take risk elements and convert to Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Ability to coordinate across organizations with leadership, project managers, and engineers to achieve requirements for ATD, IATT, and ATO * Demonstrated skillset with security tools and reporting such as Greenlight, Rapid7, WebInspect, Splunk * Demonstrated skillset with public / private cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure, etc) Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
