What You'll Be Doing
May include, but is not limited to:
  • Create elevated, personalized hair experiences through thoughtful consultations, beautiful execution, and consistent follow-through
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with guests and loyal clientele
  • Greet everyone in the salon with integrity, courtesy, and a friendly, welcoming presence
  • Display confidence, professionalism, and pride in your craft at all times
  • Interact cooperatively with spa and salon team members to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and inspiring team environment
  • Present an exemplary professional standard in dress, grooming, hairstyle, makeup, language, and overall appearance
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
  • Maintain a calm, confident, and welcoming chair environment
  • Utilize front desk systems and salon processes to stay focused on guest care
  • Manage time effectively and complete services within designated time frames
  • Demonstrate flexibility and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high energy and engagement throughout the workday
  • When not servicing clients, assist with additional job responsibilities
  • Continuously promote yourself, the salon, and spa to support personal and business growth
  • Maintain opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Practice the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, tools, surrounding areas, and equipment in accordance with regulations
  • Follow all health code and safety procedures, including proper sanitation and sterilization
  • Maintain towels, supplies, and overall salon environment
  • Participate in coaching, company meetings, education, and training sessions
  • Stay current with trends, techniques, and guest expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of pricing, services, and policies, with the ability to recommend and upgrade services
  • Support and follow all Greenleaf Hospitality Group procedures
  • For those interested, participate in mentoring, education, or knowledge-sharing opportunities
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Spa General Manager

What You Need for this Position
  • Established hairstylist with strong technical skills and professional confidence
  • Passion for your craft and commitment to ongoing growth and learning
  • Enjoyment of working in a collaborative, supportive, and creative environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more)
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motion tasks
  • Proper licensing in required treatments and services
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
  • Ability to safely work with chemicals, tools, and salon equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused mindset
  • Desire to work in an elevated, welcoming, and growth-oriented salon environment
