Experienced Quick Lane Service Advisor 45K - 85K ++ DOE
Green Fordhas been serving Greensboro, NC and it's surrounding communities for over 50 years and is currently seeking to onboard an experienced;
Quick Lane Service Advisor
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout the life-cycle of their servicing or repairs
  • Strategically distribute work between technicians to maximize workflow efficiency
  • Address technical questions regarding vehicle issues, services, repairs, and warranties
  • Ensure customers satisfaction meets or exceeds company standards
  • Order parts and tools as necessary/directed
  • Encourage all around compliance regarding applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations
  • Make service recommendations based on vehicle mileage and multi-point inspection reports
  • Maintain or exceed repair order sales and hours per repair averages set by management

Qualifications
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to diplomatically manage others
  • Proficient in multitasking and time management
  • Confident and capable communication skills
  • History of service and sales success
