About the Role:
Join CFM Partners GRC, Inc. as a Regulatory Compliance Specialistย  - Content & Product. In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality compliance content for financial services professionals in the securities industry.
This role focuses on researching and interpreting financial regulations and translating them into clear, practical, and actionable material. You will develop new content, update existing resources, and monitor regulatory developments to ensure both our content library and regulatory monitoring tool remain accurate and up to date. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, writing, and working with complex regulatory material.
Responsibilities
  • Research, interpret, and translate complex financial regulations, laws, and guidance into clear, concise, and actionable content for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up to date with current regulations, and tailored to meet the needs of the specific audience.
  • Collaborate with other content developers and subject matter experts to review and verify the accuracy of training content.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and enforcement actions to ensure timely updates to compliance content.
  • Summarize and incorporate regulatory developments into our regulatory monitoring tool in a clear, structured format.
  • Assist in the design, development, and review of compliance- and product-related training courses.
Requirements:
  • ย 3+ years in financial services compliance or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. securities regulations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsโ€”ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Experience writing or editing compliance, regulatory, or technical content strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
