Position Description:
The GRC Engineer III serves as the enterprise architect and senior technical leader for governance, risk, and compliance modernization. The role designs, integrates, and automates GRC platform capabilities to improve Treasury wide visibility into risk, compliance, and security posture, while supporting high quality decision making and continuous monitoring.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Architect scalable GRC platform solutions and enterprise data integrations.
Automate RMF workflows, control evidence capture, and compliance reporting.
Integrate vulnerability, asset, cloud, and operational data into GRC dashboards.
Enhance transparency, traceability, and audit readiness through GRC modernization.
Support risk aggregation, reporting accuracy, and enterprise level compliance functions.
Lead modernization efforts to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual burden.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in a cyber related field.
9+ years relevant experience.
ServiceNow, Archer, eMASS, or similar platform experience.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
CAP, CISSP, or platform specific certification.
Experience with RMF automation, FAIR analysis, or continuous monitoring.
Familiarity with AI governance data integration.
Strong communication and executive engagement skills.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 $310,700.00.
