Job Description:

The Graphic Designer for King & Columbus will be instrumental in shaping captivating visual experiences that elevate our clients' brands and engage audiences across diverse platforms. This position will serve on the in-house graphic design team that serves both King & Columbus and sister company The Post and Courier. This position will design static and animated visual graphics to be used across various marketing platforms and channels. This position will be client-facing as needed and will be involved in presenting creative strategy and visual proofs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creative direction for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and surpassing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives that communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.
  • Produce high-quality designs for print and digital mediums, including advertisements, marketing materials, web assets, and multimedia presentations.
  • Participate in the day-to-day ad creative trafficking for sister company The Post and Courier's client base.
  • Create visual marketing collateral and other design work for internal departments of King & Columbus and The Post and Courier as requested.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive design innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee project execution from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, attentive listening, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver integrated design solutions that drive business impact.
  • Uphold brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints, reinforcing our clients' identities and market positioning.
  • Stay abreast on AI's impact on graphic design and visual branding and leverage AI-powered design tools as needed.

Qualifications:
