A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, social media graphics, email campaigns, banners, and advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects with tight deadlines, while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in website content management, including updates to the company's WordPress website.
  • Provide design support for internal communication materials, such as newsletters and event promotions.
  • Continuously research and stay current on industry trends, new tools, and techniques to improve and elevate design work.
  • Develop templates and creative resources that follow our Brand Guidelines and support our marketing teams and marketing efforts.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the construction or industrial design sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with social media marketing and management, including content creation for various platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience supporting marketing teams directly.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of WordPress website CMS and basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives
