Graphics & Printing Support Specialist
$19.28-$23.13 Minimum starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support print jobs from pre-press graphics through production, finishing, and bindery. Use print management software to estimate, schedule, invoice, and track work while coordinating with Document Services, internal customers, Graphic Designers, and Printing Specialists.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, graphics, or printing is preferred, particularly in general printing and/or graphic design.
  • Perform work independently with general supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design software.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and interruptions.
  • Above average oral, written, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail when managing multiple print product versions.
  • Working knowledge of printing processes, inks, paper types, finishing techniques, and prepress workflow is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, for reviewing or lightly editing artwork is preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
