Job Summary:
The Associate Manager, Social Media & Content brings the Cellcom brand to life through engaging social content, authentic storytelling and meaningful community engagement. You'll own our day-to-day social presence, create compelling content across platforms, capture the moments that matter, and build relationships with customers, creators and brand ambassadors. If you're equal parts storyteller, creator and community builder, this role is for you.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Content Creation
  • Create engaging social-first content including short-form video, photography, graphics, stories and reels.
  • Capture authentic moments at events and in the community.
  • Maintain a consistent Cellcom brand voice and visual identity.
  • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach.

Manage Social Channels
  • Own the social content calendar and daily publishing across platforms.
  • Monitor conversations, engage with followers and manage user-generated content.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities.
  • Track performance and optimize content using analytics.

Grow Community
  • Manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and creators on campaigns.
  • Identify and escalate customer care or reputation issues when needed.
  • Help tell the stories that strengthen Cellcom's connection to the communities we serve.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in social media, content creation, communications or marketing.
  • Strong writing, photography, video and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing social channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social management platforms.
  • Comfortable working on-site at events and collaborating across teams.
  • Organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
