What does a graphics manager do?

A Graphics Manager oversees the design and production of visual materials for a company or organization. They lead a team of graphic designers, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project goals. Their responsibilities include managing workflows, setting deadlines, providing creative direction, and maintaining high-quality design standards. Graphics Managers also stay updated on industry trends and may help with hiring and training team members.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a graphics manager?

To thrive as a Graphics Manager, you need expertise in graphic design principles, project management, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience in design or visual communications.
