Job description

SBM Management is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team! This position provides expertise in graphic design as well as the generation of new and innovative ways to market SBM and advance company growth. Collaborates with Insite team to develop and produce mock-ups, print and web-based sales tools, and marketing materials. Serves as design point person to fulfill assignments for customer-facing and internal projects. Range of projects includes mock-ups of design concepts, presentations, print collateral, multimedia, Website content management and Web graphics, promotional items.
Responsibilities
  • Manages multiple concurrent projects, often requiring outside resources to produce the most effective design
  • Designs and works with SBM's IT department to develop and enhance SBM
  • Supports content development and design of SBM go-to-market collateral
  • Supports marketing and sales presentations
  • Designs and produces compelling print and web materials
  • Designs and develops trade show materials
  • Works/negotiates with print vendors and other contractors to ensure cost efficiency and high quality standards
  • Helps define and execute integrated marketing campaigns in accordance with SBM brand strategy and style guidelines
  • Maintains SBM style guide and ensures compliance internally and with outside vendors
  • Tracks, benchmarks and maintains inventory of marketing materials
  • Maintains inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample files
  • Stay abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Adapts to the changing needs of the department, develops new skills, and assists with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed
  • Be passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
  • Travel may be required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Produce stunning, interactive experiences in code.
  • Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
