Job description

Job Summary
T-Mobile Center is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create and execute visual content across the organization.
This role is responsible for producing both digital and print assets that support departments including Marketing, Ticket Sales, Partnerships, Premium, and Event Presentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for live events, sports, storytelling, and guest engagement.
This position works cross-functionally with internal teams to bring campaigns to life and enhance the overall guest experience at T-Mobile Center.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce creative assets for T-Mobile Center, events, and partners across digital, social, print, and in-arena platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns, ticket sales initiatives, partnership activations, and event presentation efforts with impactful visual content.
  • Create or design graphics for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets in alignment with T-Mobile Center, event, and partner standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Presentation, and other teams to execute creative concepts.
  • Design materials including signage, sales collateral, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, templates, and brand files.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices within sports and entertainment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in sports, hospitality, entertainment, or a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required).
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Experience with Marq (formerly Lucidpress) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital, print, and large-format outputs.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on production timelines, proofs, specifications, and deliverables.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute within a team environment.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
