The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the design and production of marketing projects from concept to completion. Working in a team environment, deliverables include supporting the creation of brochures, feature sheets, graphics, icons, website assets, social media graphics, campaigns and event materials while ensuring all external-facing content aligns with brand guidelines. The primary responsibility of the Associate Graphic Designer is to develop creative visual assets while continuing to build design skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities :

  • Thinks creatively and assist in developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Translate marketing-approved content and copy into visual assets including brochures, feature sheets, infographics, eBooks, social graphics and other marketing collateral.
  • Create engaging graphics, imagery and icons that support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the production of digital assets for lead generation campaigns.
  • Support the creation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) assets including ads, carousels and campaign graphics.
  • Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns and social media.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining website graphics and landing page visuals.
  • Layout company newsletters and other marketing collateral.
  • Support Events, Campaigns, Social and Advertising teams with visual assets.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production.
  • Submit work for review and incorporate feedback from managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project files and organize design assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members including copywriters, campaign specialists, web developers and management.
  • Complete other ad hoc design projects as assigned.

The compensation for this position is $55k to $60k annually.  Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience.
