Job Description
WHAT DOES A MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER DO?
EVERSANA Intouch is looking for a motion graphics creative who will bring inspiration, positive energy and talent to our new Motion Graphics team. You should know the basics, but we are more interested in what you CAN do with mentorship, motivation and collaboration with an incredibly talented team. You should be able to solve problems AND tell a story through keyframes and edits. You will take existing storyboards, direction and strategy - and make an engaging story through motion. You will collaborate at times with a much bigger team, ensuring your role adds to the bigger picture, while at other times, you will work responsibly and independently. You will be encouraged to ask "what if" while creatively searching for breakthrough solutions. You should be comfortable asking questions whether you're stuck or - better yet - trying something new.
  • Bring inspiration, positive energy, and talent to the Motion Graphics team.
  • Utilize mentorship, motivation, and collaboration to enhance creative output.
  • Solve problems and tell compelling stories through keyframes and edits.
  • Transform existing storyboards, direction, and strategy into engaging motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with larger teams to ensure cohesive integration of motion graphics.
  • Work independently and responsibly on assigned projects.
  • Explore creative solutions by asking "what if" and experimenting with new ideas.
  • Seek guidance and ask questions when encountering challenges or trying new approaches.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Understanding of how to prepare files for animation and editing
  • Demonstrated ability to keyframe, edit, composite and render
  • An online portfolio of work
  • Being self-organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Having good judgment, flexibility and attention to detail
  • Drive to grow creatively and build an advanced skill set
