Join our in-house, full-service Marketing team and play a key role in promoting our extensive range of products and services, all designed to help customers grow their businesses worldwide. The Marketing Creative team enhances Stuller's brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through the creation of innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives. The team drives creative direction and brings campaigns to life across print and digital channels. Made up of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and photo editors, the creative team produces impactful assets that tell compelling stories and support marketing goals. By blending creativity, craft, and brand consistency, the Marketing Creative Team ensures every deliverable engages audiences, supports business goals, and elevates every customer experience.
A Stuller Graphic Designer contributes to the creative team by producing design assets for various print and digital deliverables. This may include brochures, postcards, product guides and information sheets, event graphics and collateral, social media graphics, and various other marketing materials. A Stuller Graphic Designer works very closely with other members of the graphic design team and the larger creative team. They bring design talent, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to the office and their work every day. They are willing to learn, are excited about good design, and are respectful team members. This role reports to the Creative Manager, along with the other graphic designers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Bring talent and creativity to new and recurring projects
  • Create value for the team and for Stuller by working efficiently to ensure project timelines stay on track and are of the highest quality every time
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Creative Team to accomplish project goals
  • Receive and implement design feedback
  • Actively participate in creative sessions and meetings, as necessary
  • Stay up to date with basic design trends, tools, and best practices
  • Help maintain and organize design files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Learn internal marketing processes and workflows

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under the direction of senior team members while meeting established deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts for new projects
  • Must provide a portfolio of recent work

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
  • Experience art directing photoshoots
  • Strong presentation skills
