Job description

OVERVIEW We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to support our water projects in our Atlanta, GA office. The Graphics Designer performs all duties as assigned by Business Group Leaders, Proposal Managers and Proposal Coordinators including requests from other departments or project teams. Responsible for the creation of specialized graphics for proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, as required.

This may include the design/format/layout of all marketing deliverables for supporting marketing efforts throughout the division. Employees assigned to this position are responsible for assisting with delivering high-quality proposals on critical deadlines. The Graphics Designer will enforce corporate branding standards at all times and protect the branding requirements of our partners and subcontractors as well.

Design/format/layout of proposals and presentations, as required Produce proposal materials, including tabs, covers, and graphics Research and understand potential client's graphic standards Coordinate with teams to ensure proper use of jobsite signage and logo usage. Review layouts and suggest improvements as needed. This includes a review of all images to ensure integrity of applicable copyrights.

Assist with the creation and development of ads for trade publications and collateral for sponsorship events Provide graphic and design support to Proposal Managers/Coordinators, Communications, as required Assist with jobsite graphics needs, including hard hat stickers, posters, event materials, and promotional items Arranges and participates in photo-shoots Coordinates with printing vendors to ensure quality and prompt delivery QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field of study 1-2 years of experience is preferred.

This experience can come from an internship Advanced knowledge and skill of Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to be effective working on multiple assignments with overlapping schedules.
